History of the Hermosa Beach Fine Arts Festival

Proceeds from the Hermosa Beach Fine Arts Festival are used to support art education and scholarships in our local schools.

Each year, the Arts Group of Hermosa Beach awards two pairs of scholarships to high school seniors; two to students at Mira Costa High School, and another two to students at Redondo Union High School.

This year (2019) is the eleventh year that the Art Group is awarding scholarships to high school seniors bound for college arts programs.

Redondo Union High School scholarship winners for 2019 are (L-R) Tiffany Yin, second from left and Ryan Cartee, second from right. Also pictured are (L) Karen Nowicki and (R) Ryan Nowicki.
